Please try not to make changes to orders once place but If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us at support@mswcustomprints.com
and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should
be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number
(if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email
address used for the order, and what you would like changed.
Some email providers may have marked our confirmation emails as spam or block them
completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived
there. If you are not able to find it there you can email us and we can confirm that the order was placed.
We keep most of all our other shirts in stock but sometimes temporarily run out
of a certain size of a design. We will send you an email right away
notifying you of any out of stock situation. We will usually get the
shirt back in stock within a week. If your order contains one or more
shirts that are out of stock, then it will not typically be shipped out
until all the shirts are in stock.
